GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

PRICES

Rental rates shown include:
- electricity, heating, as well as water consumption in normal use
- use of the washing machine (washing products are provided)
- wired and wifi internet access
- end of stay cleaning - bed, bathroom and kitchen linen
- dishwashing and household cleaning products provided


They do not include:
- the tourist tax, specified in the contract according to local regulations
- and, for the record, in the following cases:
° late arrival after 8:00 p.m. or departure before 8:00 a.m.: €20;
to be paid on arrival or departure at the Conciergerie.


MATERIAL PROVIDED

-fully equipped integrated kitchen, including filter coffee maker, French press, toaster, kettle, grinder, hand blender, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, traditional oven, washing machine
-living room with non-convertible sofa, sideboard, television, Bluetooth HIFI system, DVD player….
-bedroom with a 160 double bed, duvet, 65 x 65 pillows, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps
- bathroom with shower and WC, storage cupboard, hairdryer
- 6.5m² service room with cupboard, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board…
The complete list is located in the apartment’s reception folder. It is sent with the signed contract.

FINAL RESERVATION – PAYMENT
The reservation is definitively recorded upon receipt of the deposit and the contract with its annex “General Conditions” completed and signed.
The contract is returned to the hosts with our signature after receipt of the deposit.
No discount on the rental amount is granted for delayed arrival, early departure or lower number of people.
Payment is made in two installments (check or transfer payable to Familles DEVILLE-HUE).
1- The deposit, representing 50% of the rental, is paid by check, holiday vouchers or transfer within 3 days.
2- The balance, the services requested and the tourist tax are paid by check, holiday vouchers or transfer 21 days before arrival.

All bank transfer or credit card imprint fees are the responsibility of the tenant.

For foreign nationals, the police form will be attached for each person, including European Union nationals. (Article R611-42 modified by Decree No. 2015-1002 of August 18, 2015-art.9 (V))

No reception is guaranteed if these conditions are not met.
In this case, the deposit paid will not be refunded and the availability of the gîte will be taken over by the lessor.
A receipt is provided upon simple request.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (CAUTION)
Taking into account the security invested in this furnished apartment, the amount of the security deposit is 300 euros. It must be paid 21 days before the stay by undebited check,
or bank imprint with our partner, “SWILKY” in order to respond to loss or damage that could be caused.
No reception is guaranteed if these conditions are not met.

For example, the value of damaged objects or equipment, the price of washing or cleaning duvets, mattresses, bedding that may have been stained, etc. will be retained. The tenant is liable for the costs incurred for the repair or service of sanitary equipment which may have been obstructed.
The deposit will be returned to the tenant a maximum of 1 month after the departure date. If it must be implemented, a partial reimbursement of this deposit will be made within the month with sending of a report on the repairs carried out. In the event that the repairs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant undertakes to notify his insurance which will contact that of the owners.

HOME - DURATION OF THE RENTAL


Reception is scheduled from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. unless agreed between the concierge and the tenant.
The tenant informs the person responsible for reception of his arrival time a few days before his arrival, confirms the same day and warns in the event of delay.
An inventory will be made when the keys are handed over.
The rental period cannot exceed 12 consecutive weeks for the same contract.


USE OF THE PREMISES


The furnished accommodation is designed for 1 or 2 people. The tenant has non-smoking accommodation which he will respect. For allergy reasons, the presence of animals is not possible.
The tenant is responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment, sanitary facilities and household appliances and does not modify the premises in any way.
Subletting is prohibited to the tenant, under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge, under penalty of termination of contract. In this case, the full amount of the rent remains with the owner.
The rented premises are for temporary or holiday accommodation, excluding any professional, commercial or craft activity of any nature whatsoever and without causing neighborhood disturbances (noise, odors, etc.)
The tenant authorizes the owner to carry out emergency interventions without claiming compensation or reduction in the rental value.


DEPARTURE
Departures take place before 10 a.m. unless agreed between the tenant and the concierge.
The tenant informs the receptionist of their departure time in order to make an appointment. An inventory of the equipment and an inventory will be carried out.
The keys will be returned.

All equipment, as well as dishes, are returned and cleaned by the tenant to the place they occupied upon arrival in the furnished accommodation. The tenant informs the owner of any damage. (See deposit)


INSURANCE
The tenant is required to insure the furnished apartment he rents as well as the furniture made available to him for any damage it may cause.
He must therefore check whether his housing contract provides for the resort extension.
Otherwise, he must contact his insurance company and request an extension of the guarantee or take out a specific contract under a “resort” clause.

Interruption of stay:
In the event of an interruption during or before the stay, no refund will be made.

IT IS THEREFORE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

TERMS OF CANCELATION

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter.
When paying the deposit, the owner and the tenant can each retain the right to withdraw: the first by returning the amount paid, the second by abandoning it.
The deposit remains with the owner in the event of cancellation if the tenant withdraws more than 3 weeks before the rental date. The deposit may be refunded pro rata temporis if the owner succeeds in fully or partially re-renting.
If he withdraws less than 3 weeks before the rental date, the entire rental will be due.
If the tenant does not show up on the day stipulated in the contract, and after a period of 24 hours, without notice, the contract is considered terminated: the owner can then dispose of his rental.
